New Quantify Experience: Unlock insights from User Feedback in a Flash
Quantify enables you to create reports and investigate user feedback. We have made the experience of generating insights and consuming them more streamlined and user-friendly.
Composing and Filtering Queries
- Compose queries faster by choosing and filtering by taxonomy, common filters, your sources or metadata.
- You can then choose the duration and generate the analysis by count or percentage.
Improved Visual Analysis
- The new analysis is easy to consume and present. In addition, we have made it easier to interpret user insights by order of priority.
- Now, our graphs display data points by top mentions. This way, you can quickly see what matters the most and make informed decisions. So say goodbye to cluttered charts and hello to a more streamlined analysis process.
- No more frustration when it comes to navigating your data! You can effortlessly switch between graph views and add those critical data points from the table view to make your analysis even more robust.

Build Dashboards Easily
- Creating dashboards on Enterpret just got a whole lot faster. You can add an existing analysis or create a new one right from the dashboard—no more jumping from one place to another. You can have a shiny new dashboard up and running with just a few clicks.
- You can now invite your team and enable them to add new analyses or edit the existing ones on your dashboard.
- Request access if you want to collaborate with a teammate on a dashboard they have created.
Listening to a mountain of customer calls can be overwhelming, but don't worry; we've got you covered. Our new feature will revolutionize how you consume calls and derive insights. No more feeling bogged down by an ever-growing number of recordings.
- With Keyword Summaries, you can now get a quick overview of your Gong calls based on tracked keywords. This feature generates brief summaries of your calls for every tracked keyword in the conversation, so you can easily grasp the main points of interest without listening to the entire call.
Summaries on Slack
- We understand that our users are always on the go, so we have made it easier to stay on top of things. You can now subscribe to relevant tracked keywords and receive keyword summaries from Gong calls directly on a Slack channel.
Improvements and Enhancements
- Enter to Search: The main search screen allows you to access customer feedback insights quickly. Simply enter your search terms and hit enter to run the search.
- Editing Predictions: Tidy up your feedback records by adding specific reasons to relevant feedback records and removing any wrongly predicted keywords. No mess, all organization. Let's streamline your feedback process!
- Model Improvements: We have made step functions improvements in our model that will bump up the reason prediction precision by 10% and recall ranging by 10% to 20% absolute.
- Enhanced Taxonomy: The taxonomy page has been redesigned to enhance your ability to analyze keywords and reasons. This new design allows you to access relevant user feedback from the taxonomy page easily.
- SSO: Enterpret now supports Single Sign-On for a more convenient login experience. Use your corporate credentials to access Enterpret, and rest assured that security is our top priority as we use OpenID Connect for SSO.
