Your Enterpret Product Updates: September 2022


Hello, Enterpret Customers,


We’ve got a few product updates this month that we think you’ll definitely want to know about.

Our team has released four new features this month: CSV upload, Discord Integration, download feedback as CSV and compare aggregates.

  • The CSV upload feature allows you to upload your customer data directly into Enterpret, making it easier than ever to get started with our platform.
  • The Discord Integration feature allows you to connect your Discord account to Enterpret, so you how to leverage feedback from your community that provides valuable feedback.
  • The download feedback as CSV feature allows you to download your customer feedback data directly into a CSV file, so you can easily analyze it in Excel or another data analysis tool.
  • Finally, the compare aggregates feature allows you to compare the aggregated data from multiple customer feedback sources, so you can see how your customers' opinions have changed over time or change in opinion by customer segments.

Introducing CSV upload

Now analyze rich feedback from a multitude of sources by simply uploading it to your Enterpret account in the popular CSV format. Power your analytics with a brand new source in three simple steps:

  • Create a "CSV Upload" integration for the new source.
  • Modify the CSV files exported from the source to follow a few basic guidelines
  • Upload the files to the newly created integration on Enterpret

Effortlessly format, validate, and upload in a seamless manner. Upload customer feedback from app reviews and surveys along with any metadata you would like to slice and dice it on. Once the data is uploaded to our systems, sit back and relax while we work our magic to extract insights from it.

Discord -> Enterpret

You have an engaged community that willingly provides valuable feedback but most people don’t know what is available and where to find it.

Analyze feedback from Discord channels to know what your community is saying. Simply integrate your discord account with Enterpret and set up the channels you would like us to monitor. You can then rest peacefully in the knowledge that our vigilant systems always have an ear to the ground, incessantly monitoring the voice of your community for actionable insights to bring to your notice.

Now you can get hands-on with your feedback by simply exporting it from Enterpret. The file, exported in the popular CSV format, helps you slice and dice your feedback across various dimensions like sources, user demographics, user sentiment and tagged keywords tailor-made for your use case. We also provide an AI-curated list of reasons for the exported feedback.

So the next time you find an insight you’d like to dig deeper into, simply export the raw records from the thematic analysis page and get a comprehensive snapshot of all the feedback powering your analysis.

"Compare" - Your Golden Hammer for Comparisons

A common use case we’ve identified over time on Enterpret is comparisons. We're excited to share that we've made comparisons on Enterpret easier and more powerful than ever with the release of - “Compare”.

“Compare” is your one-stop shop for all sorts of comparisons powered by the voice of your users — across timespans, cohorts, user attributes, tags, and any other metadata.

You can create "Compare" analyses, save them, and share them with your co-workers. Moreover, you can directly export the comparison data as well. Comparisons have never been easier. Let us know what you think!

Our latest update unlocks the ability to bridge the feedback loop between customers, prospects, product, and sales teams. Easy one-click integration and self-serve analytics on your salesforce objects allow you to "enterpret" feedback from customer conversations with sales teams.

Some interesting use-cases we have already seen been solved:

  • Integrating Salesforce with Enterpret allows you to learn from all 'Closed Won' and 'Closed Lost' notes over time, and see what current product capabilities or lack thereof contribute to winning and losing revenue.
  • Assign tangible revenue to product capabilities requested by your in-progress or lost opportunities.
