Enhanced advanced Calculations on Quantify

Users can now apply numeric criteria to quantify data while grouping by another field. For example, users can:

  • Identify top Complaint Reasons based on the time a support agent takes to resolve conversations on Zendesk (see example in the title image)
  • Calculate the NPS by region or product area
  • Quantify the average rating for different app versions

Refined Summary Generation in Search experience

Refined Summary Generation experience in Search

The "Summarize with Wisdom" button now triggers the generation of summaries in Search. This change helps streamline the user experience by eliminating automatic summary generation, which previously caused a jittery scroll and served as a distraction.

Improved metadata management

As part of our commitment to provided the best user experience possible, we shipped the following enhancements to metadata management:

Enhanced visibility control: Managing visibility of data fields is now more intuitive with a one-click toggle available directly from the metadata management table.

Data insights: New metrics display the total number of unique values for a field and its coverage, available in the metadata detail drawer.

Case-insensitive search: The search functionality within the metadata management table is now case-insensitive, allowing for a smoother user search experience.

Improved Slack Integration Management

Users now have the flexibility to disconnect Slack directly from the application. This option is available in the 3-dot menu, allowing for easier management of third-party integrations.

Shipped Persistent User Preferences

To ensure a more personalized and convenient experience, we've implemented a feature that saves the user's last preference for viewing content. Specifically, if you prefer "Show Summary" over "Show Feedback," your choice will now be remembered and set as the default option. This preference is saved, eliminating the need to switch repeatedly.

Delivered Metadata Management Enhancements

We've made improvements to metadata management to ensure a smoother and more efficient user experience. This includes optimizing user experience with one click when editing metadata fields and clickable starred option.

UI Enhancements for Better Usability

  • Improved user experience with Feedback Card Drawer width reduction: To alleviate confusion and improve the user experience, we've adjusted the width of the feedback card drawer. This change helps users recognize they are not on a new page and makes the feedback link easier to copy with a more visible "Copy Feedback Link" button and shortcut.
  • Added "Merge with Another Reason" in Prediction Menu: Users can now streamline their workflow by merging feedback reasons directly from the feedback record, enhancing efficiency and data organization.
  • Adjusted Tooltip Color for better readability: To improve readability and visual appeal, we've updated the tooltip link colors for better visibility and understanding.
  • Enhanced Feedback Record visuals: The distinction between the count of suggested reasons and the visual indicator (orange dot) on feedback records has been refined for clearer analysis.

  • Include Integration Descriptions to boost our prediction models' accuracy
  • Mandatory for Salesforce and Slack integrations and while highly recommended for others
  • This update has no impact on existing integrations, but adding descriptions improves insights!

To streamline your workflow, we've introduced the capability to merge multiple reasons at once. By selecting the 'Merge with all selected reasons' option, you can now efficiently consolidate information, reducing the time and effort needed for data management.

Improved scannability of Fields in the Query Builder

Identifying fields in the Search Query Builder has now become effortless. With our latest update, hovering over fields reveals an on-hover copy, making it significantly easier for users to recognize and recall their searches, especially beneficial for complex queries.

Improved discovery of feedback context in annotations

Based on user feedback, we've redesigned the User Quotes Pop-up to eliminate confusion between the user quote and full feedback. We've added contextual queues on hover to clarify the meaning of icons used in the window. The introduction of giant double inverted commas distinctly indicates a snippet from the user’s feedback, not the complete feedback. An improved "View Feedback" CTA with clearer instructions enhances user interaction.
