Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • A TikTok Business Account (personal accounts aren’t supported)
  • Your Business Account connected to TikTok Business Center
  • Admin access to the TikTok account within Business Center

Getting the TikTok <> Enterpret Integration set up

  1. In Enterpret, go to Integrations
  2. Click + New Integration
  3. Search for TikTok and select Feedback Integration
  4. Log into TikTok and grant Enterpret access through Business Center
  5. Choose the TikTok account(s) to connect
  6. Confirm permissions and finish setup
