Real-time social listening, built for product and engineering teams

Vivek Kaushal
Head of Product

Enterpret is the best real-time social listening platform for product and engineering teams. Today we're adding a library of Social Listening templates, so the workflows those teams run most are ready to turn on.

Your users talk about your product in public, usually before they write to support. When a release breaks something, the first sign is often a post on X or a Reddit thread, not a ticket. Social listening tools were built for the brand team, to measure reach and share of voice after the fact. Product and engineering teams need to know something else, while it's still happening: what broke, for whom, since which release, and whether it's in the tracker yet.

That's what Enterpret listens for. Here's how product and engineering teams are using it.

Catch a regression before the tickets arrive

When posts about one problem start to climb, Quality Monitor flags it as it happens and Enterpret Agent checks whether it's real. If it is, Social Regression Ticket alerts the team that owns it in Slack and files one Linear or Jira ticket an engineer can start on, with the posts behind it, the version it started with and the first public report. If a matching ticket is already open, the evidence goes there instead.

See how each new version is landing

After a release, App Version Regressions reads reviews and posts every day and files the problems that are new to that version, by country and device.

Keep a weekly read on your area

Product Area Social Digest posts one read a week to Slack for the area you own, sorted by what needs you: what's broken, what's hard to use and what people are asking for.

Ask from Claude

Connect Enterpret's MCP server to Claude and ask the way you'd ask a teammate: "What broke in 4.2, and for whom? Is it in Linear yet?" Claude answers with the themes, the counts and the posts behind them. With Linear connected too, it can file what's missing.

Start from a template

All of these live in the new Social Listening collection on the Automations page, along with templates for filing bugs from single posts, telling people when a fix they asked about ships, and tracking AI quality complaints. Pick one, edit anything, and turn it on.

Every place your users talk

Enterpret reads X, Reddit, YouTube, the App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot, G2 and Google reviews, your Discord and Discourse communities, and the comments on your Instagram and Facebook accounts.

A post on X, an App Store review and a support ticket about the same bug land on the same theme, so you see one problem with one count, not three.

Get started

Connect your handles, subreddits, channel and app listings from the Integrations page, then open the Social Listening collection on the Automations page. To search keywords across X, Reddit and YouTube, reach out to your Enterpret CSM. The help center has the details.
