Released a new Feedback Card layout for easier scanning of feedback

We’re committed to making Enterpret accessible everywhere for everyone. A couple of weeks ago, we quietly rolled out the new feedback card design. Now, the curtain's up, and it’s live for everyone. The new design of the feedback card is made to lighten the visual load to help make understanding and digesting customer feedback experience smoother and more insightful.

Improved Feed Slack/Email Report Citations for a more intuitive citation format

In our mission to create a unified database for all customer interactions, clarity is key. Our old bibliographic-style citations were more like a riddle than a resource. It turns out, that was more confusing than enlightening. Customers were left scratching their heads over what the numbers actually meant. Plus, getting to the actual user feedback felt like a quest for the Holy Grail—too many clicks. Now, we’ve overhauled the citation format so it’s crystal clear how much feedback backs each claim. Fewer clicks, less confusion—everyone wins.

Added Text Animations on Custom Prompts for Launched attention-grabbing text animations

To empower actions on top of customer interactions, we've introduced subtle text animations on Custom Prompts. We’ve added a touch of flair with subtle text animations in the input field to encourage custom prompts. Think of it as a nudge from us to you—a little bit of animation magic to guide your fingers toward crafting that perfect prompt.

We know, not everyone wants a guided tour, so we’ve made the introductory product tour skippable in the first user session. Our new experience frees you to skip the tour and dive right into Enterpret!

Revised Contextual Citations from Feedback Sidebar

Citations from the feedback sidebar now open in the same page as a pop-up, instead of a new tab. It’s like getting a pop-up book for adults, minus the surprise dragons.

Clear Expectations for Custom Filter Updates

We've listened to our customer's feedback since our launch of Custom Filters. To clear up any confusion, we've added an information banner explaining how updating a works. Here’s the scoop: changes to a Custom Filter only affect future users. No surprises, just clarity.

Updated ADD Dropdown on Dashboards

We revamped the dropdown menu you see when you click ADD on a Dashboard. The new menu items clearly spell out what actions you can take. And yes, we’re planning even more improvements to help you quickly add commonly used artefacts. Consider it a makeover for your dropdown, minus the reality TV drama.

Improved Tooltip Placement on Saved Items Menu

Here’s a small but mighty improvement: tooltips on the Saved Items Menu now appear on the side of item-type filters. This simple change prevents tooltips from hiding selectable options, making filters much easier to navigate. Think of it as giving your tooltips a new home, with a better view.
