Enterpret Product Updates: Nov'22

What a month November was! We launched some significant features in November to improve the experience and capability of the platform.

Metadata Management

You've got lots of metadata coming in from different sources. It can be tough to keep track of everything and even tougher to make sense of everything. That's where Manage Metadata comes in. It's a single point of reference where you can view and manage all the metadata you receive. You can rename fields to make them more understandable, mark important fields to highlight them, and merge similar fields from different sources. With Manage Metadata, you'll be able to make sense of your metadata and make better decisions about your feedback. Learn more here.

⌘+K to find all your Saved Items

Welcome to Saved Items! Our new and improved Saved Items feature allows you to access your analyses from one central location. No more searching through different menus or tabs - simply press ⌘+K or click the “Saved Items” icon on the left navbar to find everything you need. Learn more here.

Save and Share Searches

You can now save your Searches and seamlessly share them with your team! Plus, you can make your Saved Searches discoverable making it easy for your teammates to find and build on your queries.

Insights are more powerful when shared, we hope that this change will make the journey of sharing insights with your teammates easier.

Survey Question Answering

At Enterpret, we know how crucial it is to identify and leverage customer wins AND losses. That's why we proudly present Filter By Question: an easy way to take a magnifying glass-level look into your survey feedback! Just select the question you'd like answered in our query builder - whereupon all relevant data will be revealed pronto!

Thread Feedback Card Improvements

We've completely revamped the feedback card system to make your interactions with Discourse, emails, and other thread-like sources more transparent – now you can easily see what message was used for predictions plus its context all in one glance! No more hunting around trying to piece it together.

⌘+K to find all your Saved Items

We've completely overhauled the journey of retrieving analyses and made the experience more discoverable, intuitive, and powerful.

You can now press ⌘+K or click the "Saved Items" icon on the left navbar to find all quantify analyses, compare analyses, saved searches, and anomaly rules that have either been created by your or are discoverable in your organization.

Zoom in to your feedback using Filter by Questions

Customer feedback tools, especially surveys, in an attempt to get a 360° view of the customers' delights and grievances, often contain directed questions about each. Answering these questions requires a lot of manual tagging and can take hours.

Keeping in mind how important it is for our customers to identify and double down on both their wins and their losses, we at Enterpret are happy to introduce filter by Question - a way to zoom in to and analyze specific parts of your survey feedback.

Simply search for the question filter in the query builder and select the question you'd like answered.

All the predictions and the corresponding statistics will now specifically be for the responses to the question selected.

Enhance Your Insights with Metadata

While analyzing customer feedback is crucial to making the right decisions about your product, feedback in isolation, lacking context, can often lead to important insights getting lost in an ocean of data. So, here is a step towards giving our users more control over one of the most important parts of any unstructured data - the metadata.

Introducing “Manage Metadata”, a single point of reference to view and manage all the metadata you receive from various feedback sources. Now you can decide what metadata shows up on Enterpret, rename metadata fields to make it more understandable in your organization, mark fields as important to highlight them in the feedback card, and merge similar fields received from different sources to create a seamless analytics experience.

Whether you want to analyze feedback from a target user group or follow up with a customer on feedback provided, we believe clean and interpretable metadata makes life easier! You can find the help center documentation here.

Search: Find feedback, build awareness

Understanding customer feedback across all sources can be daunting, so we’ve made this easier than ever with Search.

Query across all your customer feedback for keywords and reasons, or perform a simple text search, and you’ll find feedback records along with informative charts for your query. We've also added recommendations based on trends in your customers' feedback and your interests.


Introducing the Top Navigation Bar

To further improve your analytics experience, we've moved all analysis tools to the

Explore tab on your sidebar. We've added a sticky top navigation bar to switch between Compare, Anomalies, Quantify (previously Thematic Analysis), and Search easily.

Curated Insights For you

We launched a capability where Enterpret delivers monthly insights, curated to your interests, straight to your email. You can add tracked keywords you care about as interests and Enterpret will send you a deep dive into your customers' voice for your chosen keywords. Tracking macro insights tailored to you has never been easier.

Enterpret <-> Snowflake

We launched our first data warehouse integration - Snowflake. Businesses of all sizes use Snowflake's platform to store and organize customer and operational data. With the launch of this integration, you can ingest customer feedback, along with user properties into Enterpret from Snowflake.
