Custom Prompts are now available in Wisdom

We're excited about Custom Prompts, the latest Wisdom enhancement to make diving into trends, charts, or ask any burning questions a breeze. Custom Prompts are available wherever you use Wisdom in Enterpret.

You can use Custom Prompts when viewing the Feed or when exploring any Quantify Chart in your Dashboards. In the example above, we used a Custom Prompt to:

1. Filter to feedback about Playlists‍
2. Asked Wisdom a Custom Prompt "How are Amazon curated playlists perceived by our customers?"

Clear Expectations for Custom Filter Updates

We've listened to our customer's feedback since our launch of Custom Filters. To clear up any confusion, we've added an information banner explaining how updating a works. Here’s the scoop: changes to a Custom Filter only affect future users. No surprises, just clarity.

Updated ADD Dropdown on Dashboards

We revamped the dropdown menu you see when you click ADD on a Dashboard. The new menu items clearly spell out what actions you can take. And yes, we’re planning even more improvements to help you quickly add commonly used artefacts. Consider it a makeover for your dropdown, minus the reality TV drama.

Improved Tooltip Placement on Saved Items Menu

Here’s a small but mighty improvement: tooltips on the Saved Items Menu now appear on the side of item-type filters. This simple change prevents tooltips from hiding selectable options, making filters much easier to navigate. Think of it as giving your tooltips a new home, with a better view.

Supercharging speed and performance with our latest optimizations

Over the last week, we've released a series of performance improvements to deliver speed and efficiency you expect and need out of Enterpret. Here's what's new:

‍Optimized Synced User and Account Transformations

Precomputed the user-account-record transformations and stored them in Snowflake. By doing this upfront, we've eliminated the need for these transformations during query time. The result? Faster queries and a smoother user experience.

Revamped Query filtering logic

Reimagined our AND and NOT query filtering logic. This overhaul slashes the number of partitions loaded on Snowflake, meaning your data retrieval is now quicker and more efficient. Less waiting, more doing.

Improved Feedback Fetch Response Time

Turbocharged the response time for fetching users, accounts, and records from Citadel. This enhancement cuts down latency across all feedback fetch operations, so you get the data you need, right when you need it.

Upgraded Performance for Quantify

Unleashed a major performance upgrade for Quantify. Queries that filter by Keywords and Group by Reasons (and vice versa) are now lightning fast. This upgrade means faster insights and more powerful analysis, driving better decisions at every turn

These performance improvements that make the Enterpret experience significantly faster in these key areas

• Queries for User and Account integrations
• Queries for large volumes of Tracked Keyword or Reason filters
• Queries that look at very high cardinality metadata fields

Co-occurring Toggle on Compare with Category Filter Improvements

Category filters used to be broken in the Compare view. You couldn't exclude co-occurring reasons either. Now, both issues are fixed. The co-occurring toggle is here to make the Compare view much more useful.

Enhanced Journey for Adding Widgets to Dashboards

Adding widgets to dashboards just got easier. You can now drop widgets between rows or in the first row itself. This small change can make a big difference in how you organize your dashboard.

Enterpret Links Now Unfurl

Enterpret links now unfurl in tools like Figma, Linear, and Notion, giving you a quick snapshot of what Enterpret is. Before, these links were just plain URLs. Now, they provide context at a glance.

Auto-Collapse Summary Section on Scroll

When you want to dive into feedback records, the summary section now auto-collapses as you scroll. No more hunting for the collapse button. It's a small tweak that makes consuming feedback a lot smoother.

Transform the way you tell stories with customer insights

Enterpret Dashboards got a glow up to make storytelling in Enterpret more powerful and easier. Now you can:

1. Add Text to add context or summarize key takeaways
2. Add Summaries for faster ways to surface insights from the noise (complete with annotations for deeper investigation)
   

These updates make VoC reporting from Enterpret even easier so you can align your team around insights, democratize access to feedback, and build better products.
