August 2026 Product Highlights

This month Enterpret Agent turns the artifacts it makes into conversations you can chat with and annotate, connects to six more of the tools you already use, gives you a way to stop a runaway automation before it finishes, shows session status right from your browser tab, writes deal insights into the Salesforce fields your team actually uses, generates faster and more accurate call summaries, spots quality issues in seconds instead of minutes, and cleans up how you get to your data settings. Here's what's new.

Your Artifacts Are Now Conversations

The report, table, or deck the Agent made for you is no longer a static export. You can ask questions and build on top of any artifact.

  • Pick up any shared artifact and keep going: Open a shared artifact link and you land in a conversation with that artifact already in context — ask it questions, request changes, republish.
  • Ask for an edit and see it happen in place: Request a tweak while you're looking at an artifact and it updates in front of you, with the rest of the conversation pointing at the new version.
  • @-mention an artifact instead of describing it: Type @voc-report and the Agent knows exactly which one you mean.
  • Annotate HTML artifacts: Point at the section you're asking about instead of describing where it sits on the page. HTML artifacts only for now.

Six New Connectors, No Extra Setup

  • ClickUp: Search tasks and docs, read comments, and manage tasks and time directly from Enterpret Agent — one-click OAuth, no API keys to manage.
  • GitLab: Search and read issues, merge requests, and repo content from GitLab.com right alongside your customer feedback — OAuth-based, no manual credentials.
  • Webflow: Turn feedback themes and launches into published CMS content, keep help articles and landing pages current, and bring Webflow form submissions into your feedback workflows. Designer-tool actions require the Webflow Bridge App to stay open, and some analytics and custom-code actions depend on your Webflow plan.
  • Plain: Connect your Plain workspace so customer conversations there sit alongside the rest of your feedback.
  • Hex: Ask Hex how a customer segment behaves, pull up existing Hex projects, and kick off follow-up analyses without leaving Enterpret Agent.
  • Vanta: Connect your compliance tracking (SOC 2, ISO, GDPR, HIPAA, and more) so compliance- and legal-related questions can draw on the same customer context as everything else.

Stay in Control of Running Sessions

  • Stop an automation mid-run: If an automation starts by mistake or heads in the wrong direction, you can now stop it before it finishes instead of waiting it out.
  • See session status without opening the tab: A colored dot on your browser tab now shows whether a session is running, done, has errored, or needs your attention.

Salesforce Write-Back Now Fits Your CRM

Salesforce write-back arrived in July. This month it adapts to the CRM you already run.

  • Your objects and fields: Write-back now supports custom objects and custom fields, not just the standard Opportunity fields — so deal insights land where your RevOps team already looks.
  • Your refresh cadence: Choose how often written fields update, as often as hourly.
  • Your history, from day one: Switching write-back on backfills your closed deals immediately, so patterns from past deals are on the record before the next call.

Write-back is not self-serve yet — ask your Enterpret contact to turn it on.

Faster, More Accurate Call Summaries

Call summaries now generate noticeably faster and score higher in side-by-side quality review, with the biggest gains in avoiding repeated claims and cutting unnecessary detail.

Quality Monitor Spots Issues Faster Now

Quality Monitor's first pass over your feedback — the scan that decides which trends are worth a closer look — is now roughly 15x faster. A typical scan finishes in about 10 seconds instead of minutes. Issues surface while they still matter.

Bug Fixes & Product Polish

  • Simpler path to your data settings: The old "Manage Data" menu item is gone. Managing your unified fields now lives under Integrations → Manage Unified Fields, where it already worked from.
  • More context per Gong video clip: Agent-generated artifacts can now include multiple video clips from a single Gong call instead of just one, with a longer default clip length so you get more of the moment.

Thanks for building with us this month — questions or feedback are always welcome through your Enterpret contact. September's lineup is already shaping up; more soon.
