Quality Monitor Agent Improvements
We’ve significantly improved alert quality by reducing duplicate alerts from ~70% to less than 10%.
Escalation Shield Agent Improvements
We've significantly improved the reliability and intelligence of our Escalation Agent:
- Social Media Detection — Added relevance verification and calibrated scoring for public sources (Reddit, Twitter, App Store) to dramatically reduce false alarms
- Source-Aware Processing — The system now distinguishes between support conversations and public sources, applying appropriate detection logic for each
- Improved Threat Detection — For public sources, we now focus on credible escalation threats like executive contacts, media mentions, and regulatory complaints
Dashboard Performance Optimization
Resolved critical performance issues affecting large dashboards:
- Reduced memory usage by 70%
- Improved load times by 75%
- Fixed tab crashes for memory-intensive reports
User&Account Metadata Field Linking Stability
- Resolved multiple issues affecting link configuration and generation.
UI/UX Improvements
- Fixed outline button color inconsistencies
- Standardized sidepane padding to 8px base alignment
- Removed excess spacing between dashboard widget headers and content
- Added tooltips to Wisdom 2.0 action buttons
- Styled Delete menu items with error-red color for clarity
Integration Source Names & Logo Updates
- Updated "Twitter" to "X (formerly Twitter)" for clarity
- Refreshed logos for App Store, Play Store, and X
- Improved source discoverability in the UI
