Enhanced Slack and Email Saved Search Reports

We've revamped the Slack and Email Saved Search Reports with significant design and content enhancements. Now, all Slack and Email Search Saved reports align more closely with the summaries you're familiar with from the Search UI for a consistent experience.

To streamline your workflow, we've introduced the capability to merge multiple reasons at once. By selecting the 'Merge with all selected reasons' option, you can now efficiently consolidate information, reducing the time and effort needed for data management.

Improved scannability of Fields in the Query Builder

Identifying fields in the Search Query Builder has now become effortless. With our latest update, hovering over fields reveals an on-hover copy, making it significantly easier for users to recognize and recall their searches, especially beneficial for complex queries.

Improved discovery of feedback context in annotations

Based on user feedback, we've redesigned the User Quotes Pop-up to eliminate confusion between the user quote and full feedback. We've added contextual queues on hover to clarify the meaning of icons used in the window. The introduction of giant double inverted commas distinctly indicates a snippet from the user’s feedback, not the complete feedback. An improved "View Feedback" CTA with clearer instructions enhances user interaction.

Enhanced Summaries with Improved Visualization and Interaction

We've made several improvements to the appearance and display of Summarized Queries and Citations for enhanced readability and clarity:

  • Intuitive On-hover Insights: Wondering what lies behind a user quote? We've added on-hover copy that sets clear expectations for what you'll discover upon clicking a user quote. This new feature aims to enhance your interactive experience, providing you with a sneak peek of the insights awaiting you.
  • Refined Quotes Display: To enhance readability, we've introduced a more compact quotes bubble. This subtle change makes sentences easier to read, ensuring you get the information you need without the clutter.
  • Distinctive Quote Bubbles: We've differentiated the types of quotes you see for a clearer understanding. "Example" user quotes now appear in circular bubbles, making them stand out, while feedback matching the question filters for a Reason is displayed in square bubbles. This visual distinction helps you quickly identify the type of feedback you're looking at.

Improved Summarized Queries and Citation Formatting

We've made several improvements to the appearance and display of Summarized Queries and Citations for enhanced readability and clarity:

  • Distinctive shapes for Citations: Citations are presented as circular bubbles, while all feedback Citations matching question filters for a Reason are displayed in square bubbles.
  • Clearer citation bubbles: User quotes now appear in smaller bubbles, making sentences easier to read.
  • Consistent formatting: Headings of bullet points within summaries now appear in bold, ensuring uniformity across the product.

Enhanced Anomaly Detection in Dashboard Reports

Our latest update makes detecting Anomalies in Dashboard Reports even easier.

If a Dashboard Report contains an Anomaly, Enterpret will identify and highlight the top Anomalies from each Quantify in Slack messages or your Email report from Elly. This feature streamlines anomaly detection, providing actionable insights directly within your communication channels.

Starred Field Enhancement: Improved Visibility on Feedback Cards

We have enhanced the visibility of multi-value Starred Metadata Feedback fields on collapsed feedback cards. Previously, only a single value was displayed on the collapsed card, leading to potential oversight. With the latest update, a (+n) notation is appended to indicate multiple values, providing a more comprehensive overview. Hovering over the field reveals a tooltip showcasing all values associated with it.

Improved Prediction editing

We've enhanced the search experience on our models to streamline the process of searching and adding predictions from the feedback cards. (see the screenshot above)

We're utilizing the same Taxonomy search API to showcase all search results for a specific query. As a result, users won't need to locate predictions in Taxonomy to include in their feedback.

Additionally, we added 'Reason' and 'Tracked Keywords' tabs with infinite scroll, similar to those in taxonomy, to increase familiarity and usabilit

Fine-tuned Slack Integration authentication

When authenticating Enterpret and Slack users will now be redirected back to the Dashboard/Search they were on!

Previously after authenticating while subscribing to a Dashboard, the user was redirected to the Search page which was incredibly frustrating!

Now, this issue has been fixed, after being redirected to the Slack<>Enterpret authorization screen, the user comes back to the Subscribe window.

Sentiment colors are now consistent across all charts

We have standardized colors for User Sentiment display on Trend, Pie, and Bar Charts.

Exclude or Include Co-occurring Reasons on Dashboards for better precision

Co-occurring Reasons in Enterpret help you find connections with your feedback that you might not have known are related. Toggling Co-occurring Reasons on or off makes it easier to be precise on charts so that they reflect how you want to view specific slices of your feedback in specific charts.


The latest update streamlines the process of excluding or include Co-occurring Reasons on any Dashboards directly from a chart so you don’t have to go into the source chart to update the filters. These changes can be saved so that your team is aligned on how feedback is being understood.

Create Reasons for better organization of feedback in Enterpret

Reasons in Enterpret are used to quickly understand the underlying motivations or issues that prompted customers to give feedback. Enterpret’s Custom Taxonomy automatically tags all feedback with Reasons so teams can avoid wasting time manually tagging that feedback.

While having a LLM powered Taxonomy that automatically tags feedback saves time, it does not always address the challenges of:

  • Customers talk about feedback in different ways than your internal teams
  • Predicting the level of granularity your business wants to understand specific and important pieces of feedback
  • Customers talk about the same problem in multiple different ways

In listening to our own customer feedback, we realized that our users wanted the ability to define Reasons on top of the existing Taxonomy.

Enter, Create Reasons. Creating Reasons gives our users more agency and control to quantify and track areas of customer feedback in Enterpret:

  • Represent feedback the way your team wants to talk about your product
  • Strike the balance between too granular or too high-level Reasons
  • Prioritize more effectively with more actionable Reasons

Different Ways to Create Reasons

  • Create a Reason from a specific record, either based on a suggestion from Enterpret or using your own definition
  • Create a Reason from scratch by providing a free text definition, then let Enterpret find matching records
  • Create a new Reason by splitting a definition out of an existing Reason
