Receiving customer feedback can be stressful, but who says it has to be boring? At Enterpret, we believe customer feedback should be fun! That’s why we’re launching a series to share humorous and quirky pieces of feedback.

Enterpret isn't just about serious analytics. Sure, we unify feedback from Zendesk, Typeform, social media, and app reviews. Yes, we train custom machine learning models to make sense of it all. But we also believe in the power of humor to bring people together and inspire product teams.

SNL's Stefon on Enterpret

We love Bill Hader's character Stefon on SNL. Stefon has a distinctive style, featuring exaggerated mannerisms, a soft voice, and a penchant for dramatic hand gestures, often covering his mouth when he giggles or is amused.

Stefon's vibe involves recommending absurd and imaginary hotspots, which he describes in detail, filled with bizarre and humorous elements. His catchphrases and unique delivery, along with his unpredictable and hilarious descriptions inspired us to create Stefon's take on Enterpret - the hottest new software.

Convincing a PM to build a feature

At the Oscars in 2012, Emma Stone was presenting the award for Best Visual Effects when she tried to get Jonah Hill up on stage to dance. The playful interaction made us think of how challenging it can be when it comes to producing

Enterpret Parkour!

In May 2024, Apple debuted some news about Mac OS at WWDC and Craig FederighI showed off some sweet parkour moves. This meme took off like fire and we immedeatly thought of The Office parkour attempted by Michael Scott, Dwight, and Andy around the Dunder Mifflin office. Enjoy!
