Enterpret Everywhere: Bringing Customer Intelligence to Slack, Claude, Notion, Glean, and Beyond
The people who most need customer context are also the busiest. They're in Slack, in Claude, in Notion, moving fast on decisions that shape your product every day. Asking them to stop and switch to a separate analytics tool to check what customers think isn't a workflow. It's a tax. Most of them don't pay it, and the voice of the customer gets lost as a result.
The same gap runs through your AI stack. Your tools are supporting workflows without ever seeing what customers actually think.
The voice of the customer shouldn't require a detour. It should already be there.
Today, we're making that a reality.
What’s new
We're announcing Enterpret availability within Slack, and 7 new native MCP integrations. Instead of a link to a dashboard or a PDF, you get an answer right in the thread where your question came up.

New: @ Enterpret on Slack
@mention @Enterpret in any Slack channel or via DM to ask anything about your customers. You get a cited answer pulled from your entire feedback corpus: support tickets, NPS responses, app reviews, Gong calls, CRM, in real time. Everyone in the channel can see it and can dig deeper in-thread.
Progress signals show what's happening in real-time: "Searching 47,000 records... Found 234 relevant mentions... Analyzing enterprise segment..." Everyone in the channel watches it work.
Follow up in the same thread: "Break that down by platform." "What are enterprise accounts saying vs. SMB?" Context stays live across replies.
Use DMs to test a hypothesis or challenge an assumption before bringing it to the channel. Same intelligence, just private.
It's included at no additional cost - set up via the Slack marketplace and within Enterpret settings.
New native Enterpret MCP integrations
Slack is just where it starts. We're doing the same thing for every AI tool your team uses.
Any AI workflow can now call Enterpret directly. We're launching native integrations with Claude, Notion, and Glean today — with Cursor, ChatGPT, LibreChat, and n8n rolling out very soon.
Right now those tools read your docs and code, but when it comes to the millions of customer feedback, they need guidance. With Enterpret and your Customer Context Graph, every connected feedback signal is now available as a set of MCP tools for any AI agent that can call an MCP server to access to what your customers are saying.
Enterpret MCP is now natively live in:
- Claude (via Anthropic's MCP Gallery) — available for all Claude users
- Notion Custom Agent — available through Notion's MCP connector
- Glean — available through the Glean integration listing
- Cursor — available self-serve through setup
Coming soon in their marketplaces: Cursor, ChatGPT, LibreChat, n8n
Customer intelligence shouldn't require a detour. Now it doesn't.
