Enterpret's Slack inbound integration captures conversations from your selected Slack channels and transforms them into actionable customer feedback insights. Turn your team discussions about customers, support issues, and product feedback into structured data that appears alongside your other feedback sources in Enterpret.

How It Works

1. Channel Selection Choose which Slack channels to connect for feedback analysis. Common choices include customer support channels, sales team discussions, and product feedback channels.

2. AI Analysis Our AI processes conversations to identify:

• Customer pain points and complaints
• Feature requests and suggestions
• Product feedback and sentiment
• Support issues and trends

3. Dashboard Integration Processed insights appear in your Enterpret dashboard alongside feedback from other sources, giving you a complete view of customer sentiment.

4. Privacy Controls

• Only analyzes channels you explicitly authorize
• Respects Slack workspace administrator controls
• For private channels, manually invite the "Enterpret" app to each channel

Data Collection & Processing

What We Collect:

• Message content from authorized channels
• Channel metadata (names, timestamps)
• User identifiers (usernames, display names)
• Thread relationships

What We Don't Do:

• Export or backup your Slack message history
• Use your data to train AI models
• Access channels without explicit authorization
• Share data across workspaces

Data Retention: Customer lifecycle + 30 days by default, or as specified in your contract.

Getting Started

Installation:

1. Click "Add to Slack" from our integrations page
2. Authorize Enterpret to access your workspace
3. Select channels for analysis in your Enterpret dashboard
